Unplanned minor injuries can put a major strain on an equestrian’s horse show experience. ShowMD’s trauma certified medical teams can immediately treat wounds, minor fractures and dislocations and provide pain relief injections without leaving the show grounds.

 

Services include:

  1. Laceration repair with follow up visits for wound checks and suture or staple removal.

  2. Care with setting of minor fractures, dislocations and splint placement.

  3. Trigger point injections for pain relief.

  4. Onsite Emergency Medicine Physician to aid with complex injuries requiring ambulance transport to local hospitals.
